Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital guide has been purchased and made available for download. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased guide, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement file at no additional cost.
